Delivery Options

Order Processing and Shipping Timeline:

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

In cases of high order volumes, shipments may experience a delay of a few additional business days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you promptly via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipment confirmation and a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, Sandrine Hair Collection is not liable for any damages or losses. Please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
